During Step 3 of your journey (Medical Assessment & Quoting), your medical records are shared with partner hospitals in an anonymized form, meaning your name and identifying information are removed. This protects your identity while the hospital reviews your case and prepares a cost estimate.

We share your information only with:

Our partner hospitals and treating physicians in Chennai, India (with your consent)
Visa processing authorities as required for your e-Medical Visa
Transport and accommodation providers, limited to what is needed for your booking

5. Cross-Border Data Transfers

As your records are shared with hospitals in India, your data will be transferred internationally. HMT complies with:
