They are available to meet you face-to-face, attend your community event, or walk you through the portal on your kitchen table.

Your local HMT agent is your primary point of contact from first inquiry until your six-week post-return follow-up. They know your name. They know your case. And when you land back home after your India treatment, they are the person who calls to check how you're doing.
